- The "terms of service" govern all transactions and interactions with my services.
- By purchasing one or more videos on the server, you agree to these terms.
1 - Definitions
- Seller: Refers only to the Discord account <@872815555256668211> (User ID: kreepixy). All rights, obligations, and responsibilities in this agreement apply solely to this account.
- Buyer: Any individual, entity, or representative purchasing services or content from the Seller via Discord or another mutually agreed platform.
- Terms of Service: Rules that govern all interactions and transactions with the Seller's video production services. By ordering videos, the Buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2 - Payments
- All orders are non-refundable.
- Payments must be made only via PayPal invoices.
- Payment can be split into installments if specified by the Buyer.
- Services will not start until full payment or first installment is received.
3 - Delivery
- Videos only are delivered progressively via a Google Drive folder accessible to the Buyer. Depending on the order, they may get scheduled and posted on social accounts at a pace of 1-2 post per day.
- The first video of any order is delivered within 72 hours. For larger orders, the videos are delivered in batches of 5-20 videos per day after start.
4 - Content Rights
- Copyright belongs to the Buyer. The Seller has a non-exclusive right to use the content for promotion, advertising, or distribution.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing videos is prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in legal action or report.
5 - Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The Seller's role is limited to producing promotional video content.
- The Seller does not guarantee results such as server growth, player retention, or revenue.
- The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial loss, reputational harm, or dissatisfaction unrelated to the delivered services.
6 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's country of residence, namely France.
- Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before legal action.
- If unresolved, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seller's local courts.
7 - Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms of Service in full.
